If you have Heavy Flow this is for you
I am so grateful I have found these pads, may be some people say it's like stepping back to the 50's, but I have heavy period flow and I love them. They do not have the artificial feel of the leading brands that chafe your skin, it feels like their materials are really good so you can wear them for hours without them irritating your skin or getting smelly. They are also such a shape that you do not need to wear pads with 'wings', they fit around your body. I am honestly impressed and so happy to have found them.

good capacity
These are reasonably priced & I like the fact that the capacity is stated. They are bulky but seem to work alright Perhaps too bulky for a walking person but for night time use or a wheelchair user, perfectly comfortable

Large and absorbant
Bought for my mom as can't get to the loo quick enough now. Tried a couple of others but these ones suit best. Absorb quite a lot of liquid especially when worn over night so no worries that they leak as have had no problem with that. They for urine but are ok for the the occasional number 2's accidents when they occur when can't get up the stairs quick enough. They are level 7 absorbancy so medium to heavy incontinence and overnight use. Would recommend. Have bought a few times. Will continue with these in future. Mother can get some free now on prescription but good to buy spare so not to run out. The size is like a massive sanitary towel that covers the bottom and round the front. No sticky strip to keep them in place, but they sit just inside your own underwear.

Uncomfortable
The adhesion was awful, which allowed it to scrunch up into a very uncomfortable pad and reduced its absorption limit. I have binned these and will not be buying again.

These are really quality products
I loved the quality, waterproof, they hold a ton of liquid, and its a good value. You also don't feel the moisture on you. The only thing was the fit. Not true to size! I however made do. Wasn't going to send them back. Some people are more curvy in the butt area than others. They're like diapers. If you make them more of a pull on brief and stretchy, it would be fantastic!

Read each of the pictures shown-these are 29”long
I like that the company shows you every side of the diaper bag. These have to be worn with a pull up diaper, or fitted panties. I happen to use both, plus they make some inserts that are very well priced that you can stick on any area that you need more protection. I do this for the night. I have to wear these all the time because my body no longer works. It is the worst feeling to not be able to control your body. But I think some people have great health but they lose the ability to think for themselves or to even know what is happening. Others don’t look I’ll but their bodies give out, and they know exactly what is happening. So I rely on companies to keep their prices so that people who really need these that do not have any health coverage that covers the cost. So 2 dollars doesn’t sound so bad. But if they need to look at the big picture how many times does a person need a fresh diaper? 3,4,6 times a day? Then that 2 dollars becomes 12 dollars a day X 30 days it becomes too expensive to purchase them for something that is because of a disease. I do not understand the huge jump in their prices, one month it worked out to a little over a dollar plus the pull-up diaper plus the liners. So now it will cost about 7 dollars for each diaper change. Some want over a hundred dollars for 30 diapers. From 123.00 to over 160.00 is a huge increase. So for this reason I am pulling a star down, because it’s too much of a jump

Great absorbency but make sure to understand limitations.
Probably one on the best absorbent pads out there.I will use this over a pull-up any day.Much easier to change for active people on the move. Some people don’t like the fact that there is no adhésif strip but this allows me to adjust as required and even flip front to back when I’m stuck without a suitable change. That being said, underwear/panty style and fit can make a big difference for support when it starts to bulk up and gets heavy. Also, best suited for dribble and controlled leakage. There are better products out there for uncontrolled floodage. Conclusion: One of the best pads out there.WAY BETTER then drug store pads.
