Ladies Protective Pant - Washable Incontinence Pant - Ideal for IBS - Waterproof Lined Brief - Eco-Friendly Underwear - Black and White

Reason for giving this item 5 stars is because I believe this pant is suitable for all people with mild/severe incontinence and or mild IBS problem but it is also suitable for people like me, that worry about getting stuck in traffic jams, on long car journeys etc i.e. it somehow eliminated my worry about getting to comfort stops in time. I don't suffer from any incontinence problems (yet?) but I hate the thought of long car journeys nowdays, in view of heavy traffics, traffic accidents etc especially on motorways! Hence I bought this pant for security and peace of mind, which has worked for me brilliantly and I am so happy to have come across them, whilst searching on website for items like this, as I was going on long car journeys and worrying about reaching comfort stops on time! But I am happy to say that I actually managed to get to designated comfort stops throughout the long drive, without having the need of using the pant with incontinence pad, despite actually getting caught on a major motorway traffic jam! But I believe reason for not panicking about getting to the ladies in time, was because I was wearing the pant with a maxi incontinence pad and hence I felt secure, relaxed and not in panic state! Also on purposely, I did not have anything to drink for 2-3 hours prior to the car journey, which also helped not needing the ladies in urgency! This pant is recommended to use with incontinence pads with peel off adhesive backing for obvious reasons: keeps pant dry and clean, especially if being used for mild/severe incontinence/mild IBS. The only thing is, that I found that the women size medium pant is very snug fit, so its important to measure your waist size rather than just choose from S/M/L/XL etc. I definitely recommend this pant for all adults/children with mild/severe incontinence problems or for anyone that worries about getting to designated comfort breaks on time! This pant is made with soft cottom material and is very comfortable and it comes in varied sizes for men/women/children and I believe its good quality and good value for money.

The quality of these products looked really nice but unfortunately the size chart was not right and the sizing was too big for me personally I would check with the seller next time. I am still waiting for a refund too.

This is a good product that serves it's purpose & does the job. However the only drawback is the high price and the drying time takes 2-3 days so therefore advisable to have spares if not for the high cost of the product.

Good quality but very wide in gusset returned them seller was very good and my refund was sent very quickly I did return them as they were sent to me I didn’t try them on I measured them against my own pants.

Purchased for my 93 year old mother who has bladder and bowel problems, at the moment these are used for wearing in bed, with the extra 'security' of an incontinence pad. This gives Mum a great deal of confidence, knowing that there will be no 'accidents' in her bed, just her pants which can easily be changed. The quality of them is first class, triple layered with a waterproof membrane between two layers of good quality cotton, no problems washing and drying them. If the time comes when she needs to wear them 24 hours a day, I would have no qualms in buying more. Worth every penny.Update: Mum now wears these all day and night sometimes 2 or 3 pairs each day so we now have 20 pairs, this should tell you how much I value this product.
