Works
My sleep is much better when I wear these. No waking up at 4am with my brain going in overdrive. Definitely recommend these for a better nights sleep

Not sure it works
Been using for a while. Turns completely black every time and never any less even though I’ve used it consistently. I’d expect it to get better/less black with use if it was working so not sure how effective it actually is. Don’t feel any different either.

Feel a bit more energised
I have tried this type of product before but not for a long time.They are easy to apply and you leave them on overnight. In the morning the pads are dark which is where the toxins have been drawn out. i don't know if this is just sweat from my feet getting hot due to the patches or its really is toxins coming out. I did feel a bit more energised the next day but maybe that was psychological!
