Just received in today and it will not connect to the phone and device and I have tried everything to get it to connect. I am ready to send it back and get a better brand.

Product works great, easy set up with downloading the app and during use. I will say, Samsung Bluetooth connection setup was a little more difficult compared to my boyfriends Apple phone. As well as, it drains my battery a little quicker. But living in 2 different states, it's perfect.
