About 5 years ago my ex boyfriend worked for a tanning supply company. He must have brought me every lotion sample known to man. Back then I wasn't really into lotions but that's why when I smelled this one and loved it, I knew it was special. I am usually a hempz lotion girl but have only found 1 or 2 of those that I love. This lotion makes you smell like candy and from what I can remember it's the purple bottle that's the best, not the green. I have litterally been thinking about this lotion for nearly 5 years and nothing comes close to it. The scent lasts a long time and I loved it so much I even bought the matching body wash. You'd think it would smell like grapes but it dosnt. Really the best way to describe it is sweet tarts candy meets vanilla. The moisturizing aspect is great but not for extreamly dry skin. It absorbs well and dosnt leave you sticky. It is definetly a product I will always have in my house. Trust me when I say it's worth the money. Infact, be careful because it's a bit addicting.

I fell in love with this lotion while at a salon. The cute bottle caught my eye (how adorable by the kitchen sink was my thought), but the scent reeled me in. It's grape, but a wine-y kind of grape. Light and not over powering. You can wear this and not smell like a wino ;)As far as moisturizing properties, I haven't seen the dramatic results others have mentioned in their reviews, but I do think this would be great for winter months. To me it feels slightly greasy, but nothing so awful that I can't handle it. And it does absorb rather quickly. What I did notice is that after application my skin looks like I've applied oil and it hasn't sunk in yet, even though my skin is not wet or oily to the touch.

Edit: Was sent a replacement that wasn't broken. This body lotion really does smell like grapes, but it's a subtle scent and dissipates nicely after you rub it in. It's a good body moisturizer and absorbs quickly. The price was reasonable and the quantity generous. I have to admit that I bought it for the color of the container, so I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it's a good moisturizer as well. Just remember that it doesn't contain sunscreen, so use it at night or wear sunscreen over it on exposed skin whenever you go outside.Original Review: Bottle arrived broken and spilled, but it smells nice. Unable to use product in the condition it arrived.

Love this lotion, I had used this lotion quite a few years ago and could never find it anywhere so thank you Amazon! It smells great and my skin feels amazing when I use it, I love how it doesn't feel "heavy" when applied. I can honestly say this is the best lotion I've ever used and it's a bit pricy but it's definitely worth the money spent and it last quite a while. I use mostly on my hands and arms but will occasionally use for my legs as well and I have sensitive skin, it doesn't irritate my legs if i apply it after I had shaved. I've used this on my face as well.Now that I know where I can buy this I will be a frequent customer :)

I ordered two bottles of this lotion (one for me and one for a friend), which arrived within 5 days. One was wrapped in black netting that was secured around the neck with a nice grape motif wine charm - an unexpected 'extra'! I gave that one to my friend, who had tried this lotion on a recent trip to the Biltmore House in Asheville, NC. The lotion looks & smels exactly as I remembered it in the Biltmore gift shop. However, the pump on the bottle I kept for myself does not work! I tried everything, including 'priming' the pump, trying to run warm water through it, and even taking the pump apart, but the pump still does not work. (My friend said her lotion pump works properly.) Maybe the pump was affected by air pressure during shipment, or maybe I received an 'irregular' piece of merchandise. I didn't think it would be worth the shipping cost to return the item, so I am removing the pump every time I use the lotion (which is very inconvenient & messy). The scent & feel of the lotion is yummy! If not for the defective pump, I would rate this item 5 stars.

Great lotion. Doesn't leave a greasy residue. Something went wrong with the pricing (they were asking nearly $75 for 17 oz.), but it appears to have been corrected. I will definitely order again.I had another bottle in my cart, waiting for my credit card cut off date before completing the purchase, when I was informed that they have raised the price again. This time by nearly $8 a bottle. It's over $1 an ounce now. Time to look for a substitute product.
