It’s alright for the price
Received only 1 of 3 packages.UPDATE: Packages are sent out with three different tracking numbers but only one tracking is provided in your Amazon Order history (so if only one package is delivered that’s linked to your order history then Amazon will mark it as Delivered even if the other two packages are still out of state.) Seller does not provide the other two tracking numbers and I had to call UPS to find the other to tracking numbers. The bed itself: the bed it alright for the price. Some of the pieces of wood are not that straight and you are not provided with any extra pieces of hardware in case you lose pieces. Some markings on the wood where you screw in the magnets and door hinges make some things fall out of place. The faces of the drawers are not straight and there is some gapes on the step doors. This took me a whole day to assemble alone, so extra help is encouraged. The instructions are a little unclear and there is no way they show how the screws provided are different (plus they are labeled horribly; placed in bags with other parts and little square number papers are in the bags too). Only tool you need is a Philips head screwdriver. My daughter loves this bed, but it’s a pain to put together, so bring a lot of patience.

Great value, instructions are fine
I bought this for my nine year old and I put it together by myself. All told it took me about six hours, and one hour of that was just unboxing the pieces and carrying them by myself to my second floor. As long as you go slow and stay organized and double check that you are using the correct pieces, it went together just great as expected and I didn't have to take anything apart or drill extra holes. All the hardware I needed was provided and the holes were where they were supposed to be. it's not super great quality materials and I'm going to go over many parts of it with white electrical tape to smooth down some sharp edges, but all in all I'm glad I bought it and I would recommend it to others.

A bit wobbly after set up
We got this for our ten year old son. It was a definitely a two person job to set up. My husband and I spent about 4 hours getting this together. The pilot holes on the wardrobe doors did not line up. Not just a little off, they were nowhere near where they should have been. The directions were also not very clear and about half of the pieces had lost (or never had) the sticker with the part # on it. These things led to have to disassemble and reassemble a couple of times. Once the set up was complete and my husband and I were on speaking terms again we agreed that it looks really nice. It is a wobbly, but not enough that I believe it to be a safety issue.

Good quality once put together.
This bed is a great bed and my daughter loves it! However, it was highly difficult to put together. The stickers labeling the pieces blended in with the pieces and were difficult to find. Some of the stickers fell off and were stuck to wrong pieces. The hardware was just tossed into packages and you had to sort it yourself with the matching numbers that were on pieces of paper in the packages (often 3-4 sets in the same package, not separated and very close matches to the others.)The directions sheet was slightly difficult to follow and didn’t always accurately portray what you were putting together. The bed is decent quality once put together, but I’m still unsure if it’s truly worth its $300-400 price tag.

Good for the price.
I bought this bed for my two year old son. He loves it. You will definitely need 2-3 people to assembly this bed. Once it was put up it looked nice, but it is a little wobbly... Not enough to where I think it is unsafe for him, but there will be no rough play on this bed LOLOver all it was nice product for the price and style.

Screws wouldn’t tighten up!
Thank goodness my husband is a builder! The screws were too short and would not tighten up! We had to go to Lowe’s and get different screws!!

Love it
My 3 year old went from a toddler bed to this, he loves it! And loves the underneath part to build forts. Very sturdy.
