Simple & effective
I purchased this on the advice of my Physiotherapist during treatment for a painful shoulder/neck muscle. Heat had been advised and this little wheat bag was great. It heats easily in the microwave - probably best to heat in bursts, shake a little and heat some more. It sat very well on my shoulder area and did help. My only criticism would be that the bag was a little too long for the amount of wheat inside so that when placed on my shoulder the wheat tended to run to each end. The same amount of filling in a shorter bag to even this out would have made it perfect, however, I do realise that it would suit someone who needed heat wrapped around joints etc with it's current design.
