I bought 2 drum units in Jan. 2019. That first one lasted quite some time and now my unit needs another drum replacement (oct 2019) and the second drum won't work. Maybe it dried out?? Panicked as I need a drum unit now and thought the one on the shelf would cover me. :(

I bought 2 but what I have received wasn’t the one I saw in the picture, anyway I used one of them for about 200 copies and suddenly started to making bad noise, I changed it with second one that I bought it was good until couple days later the machine doesn’t recognize the Dram, return window it’s passed I ended up to buy deferent brand.

I like it because if price. It work and done all that I needed it to do for school. It is being used for church home schooling.
