Generally speaking teas of all types herbal or not should not be steeped in boiling water or for too long, otherwise they can get a bitter edge. I suggest a kettle that was boiled at least 5 or 10 minutes ago, before pouring and removing the tea bags when you get to the depth of colour (and corresponding flavour) you like (no more than 5 minutes for me). I don't use more than one bag for this, it's punchy! I use two for the raspberry tea of the same brand.

One of my favourite brands of herbal teas - the camomile and spearmint is also delicious and perfect before bed or after a meal. Each tea bag is individually wrapped to maintain the freshness...you won't be disappointed :-)

I love peppermint tea. Unfortunately this tea goes under the name of peppermint tea but, does not have any taste at all. What is inside the bag I do not know but there is nothing in there that tastes remotely like peppermint. The tea bags also leave little black bits in the bottom of your cup. What a waste of money. AVOID if you like peppermint.

Si se parece a sabor de menta pero se siente algo adicional en este té, como si no fuera 💯 de menta.
