I have been buying Fini for many years, and it has been high quality. Very smooth and velvety. This however was not the same. It is thin and comparable to regular grocery store vinegar, and not good. Buyer beware.

We make salads almost everyday for lunch. We add Grd beef, Grd Lamb, Tuna, Chicken. Feast, Smoked salmon, fresh salmon, etc. we like all of them… our preference is to top all the veggies and the meat with Fini Balsamic Viínegar and a good, fruity olive oil. Very easy to make and consume…lol!
