Liked the speed of delivery, arrived a week before expected. Logs went on a portable firepit to see relatives outdoors and found them well dried out.Used them alongside compressed "smokeless" sawdust logs to compare how smoky the two were. Smokeless left behind heaps of sunburned, charred sawdust while wouldn't burn in the bowl due to lack of oxygen flow. So split logs and charcoal from the burned wood was definately needed to create structure.

This wood is amazing. It doesn’t smoke whatsoever in my chiminea, as it’s very high quality. It is really easy to chop as well. The packaging was also good. The seller was also really friendly when responding to my delivery questions.

This is my third or fourth order of wood. The 15 kilo bags arrived weighing between 5.5 and 7 kilos. ( see photos) on this occasion.I have been chasing answers for a week and the explanation has come back that the wood is extremely dry, depleting the wood of this 4% humidity. This does not account for each bag being more than 50% short in weight.They have refunded me three bags worth, which is fair, and have promised to investigate further. I asked for the shorted weight to be delivered because actually I needed the wood. That didn’t happen.As a company, these folks have been responsive and engaged. I am not happy with the approach taken here and feel there was a bit of not taking responsibility for a clear problem on their side. This is a clear violation of trades and descriptions act, however unintentional.Conclusion: product is good, company is fair but needs improvement on this issue- check your order.

I’ve been dealing with this company for several years and an say that customer service is at the heart of what they do. The wood arrives very quickly and is of good quality , it burns nicely and lasts

The media could not be loaded.  In three hours, we couldn’t get the logs to draw flame. They smouldered, gave off too much smoke and no heat whatsoever. Expensive logs for this effect! Tried in a wood burner and fire pitt. Ordered two nets, one arrived.UPDATE - Contacted by Suzie who has been great and replaced the wood and rang the delivery company to find my second net was lost. Hoping these logs work better, have a contact if they don’t. Lesson is, contact the supplier if you’re having any issue. Suzie was very efficient in sorting out the problem.

After reading reviews I was pretty confident that these logs were worth getting.HOW WRONG WAS I !!!They didn't burn hardly, just fizzled , smoldered, spat embers and gave off loads of smoke.I would have got a better fire if I had just set light to the £25 that they cost.I have honestly got better logs for £4 a net from the petrol station.

The service was reliable and prompt. Unfortunately I ordered soft wood for my log burner this time, but it burns very poorly. It tends to smoulder and turn to charcoal which gives a very low heat output and burns out before the log is consumed. Having to cut it up and use it with coal to get any heat into the room. Next time I will order hardwood as the last order I had burned really well. Just couldn't remember which wood I ordered. Must have been hardwood last time.

The wood is excellent quality and lasts well on the fire. Delivery was problematic because of Covid-19 but the supplier was completely excellent in their communications and reorganised everything. The wood was not for me but a housebound friend. Thank you.
