An exceptional pepper with strong and delicate aromas. Kampot pepper is considered one of the best in the world. It is produced on a very small scale by a small Kampot producer in southern Cambodia using an irporochable method: no pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used there.
Harvesting is done manually at optimal maturity and the only treatment this exceptional prey receives after harvest is careful hand sorting that removes all irregular, too small or damaged grains. The result is simply stunning and with black pepper of rare elegance with sweet and floral notes even evoking marshmallows.
Tasting notes: Kampot pepper develops strong and delicate aromas, its very intense and sweet taste at the same time reveals floral notes of eucalyptus, marshmallow and fresh mint.
