This product does not even turn on out of the box , on top of it will not even stay plugged into the outlet, cheap product do not recommend buying it

For being such a small unit, it does a great job keeping my room warm.

The first one I received was defective, it did not turn on. The replament I received came damaged with the plug prong bent. Both times the product was received in brown envelope and the product boxes were damaged. Not worth your moment or money.

Plug into wall, the unit was bottom heavy, no lower support, prongs sagged out of socket! Not working, returned!

Super neat little heater and perfect for our small bathroom to take the chill off !! Works really well so far. The temperature is only in Celsius. Which who cares. It still does the job it’s intended to do. It is a bit noisy tho. Again , who cares. It does the job it’s intended to do.

These are well made, bright and colorful and add a great fall flair to our back patio. We bought the 18" and as a note, you need to fill with a 20" insert to look 'right'.Overall, highly recommend!

I purchased this heater for my small bathroom that doesn't have heating vents in it. it's nice and quiet on low, nice size, puts out amazing heat. however if u r looking for one that actually shuts off when temperature has been reached this is not the one for u! it got blasted hot in the room. I assumed the thermostat was faulty so did an exchange. the second one was exactly the same! it will not stop heating at any point. it could be good for a large room but definately not small area!! the "thermostat" function is NOT adequate!!! I had to return it and order a different brand.

The picture on the review has two photos. This is for the square one. It arrived in a Amazon box but item box was trashed. Plug it in and it would click and shut off. Tried the reset switch and still didn’t work ever. Tried another outlet no luck. Item was cheaply made. Low quality and didn’t look safe even if it did work. We have another one that cost a few bucks more and works good enough to take the chill off a small bathroom. Definitely spend the few dollars extra and save the time having to return defective products

Please do not advertise this product as new. It's a used product. There are marks and scratches on it. I assume this product was sold to someone else and then it got returned. When I placed my order, the product was shipped to me. Upon opening the box, I noticed the product has marks and scratches so, I had no choice but to returned it. So please mark the product as refurbished. Do not give false information to the buyers.

Quand j’ai choisi cet article c’était inscrit «  retour gratuit » et c’est pourquoi je l’ai choisi mais il s’avère que j’ai des frais de plus de 7$ à payer pour retourner la bandoulière…c’est décevant!L’article est très bien mais le système de fixation est tellement petit qu’il ne s’attache pas dans les anneaux de la sacoche que je possède.

Delivered much faster than expected, however product measurements were not as advertised and not happy with seller's response to this being pointed out. Took some persuasion to get full refund, including screenshots of site description and photo showing measurements of items. Not happy with this service
