Traxxas55-Tooth Spur Gear Vehicle

Inexpensive and good to have spares. Direct drive doesn’t have a clutch or anything the slip. I have a $30 hardened steel spur that I don’t use because I would rather strip a $5 spur than my diffs.

I got this for 1:10 scale speed-run 1.5 ratio gearing, after setting up perfect mess-up with 48p pinion took for warm-up run and lost all power and braking halfway through 1/2 throttle run. Open it up to find all the teeth on the spur are stripped down to .5 mm numbs with pinion in perfect shape. The packaging all looked legit but the part was made from subpart plastic maybe even 3d printed. BEWARE!

i supposed if youre running all stock then you'll be fine but this plastic gear stripped in the first 15 mins of running.

It was smaller then what I thought and I didnt know what car it was for but useing in a slash 2wd drag car works great

Having to glue the pin,buttl still works well.
