I use this every day to get extra protein. Have tried several flavors and so far watermelon is the best. Grape has a strong taste. Lemonade is very mild. Going to try mango next. Definitely recommend.

This is a great alternative to whey protein! It is a liquid, and 30mls is your serving size. You can taste the collagen (and a little off putting for the first couple of days, but that goes away) to a sweet liquid. They advertise to do it as a shot, and I think it's too concentrated for that, but with 8 ounces of cold water and it is perfect! Mixes in well, and now a great drink to have. My only detractor is I do not get lemonade from this in any way shape or form, but those are my taste buds. I liked the overall experience enough to buy another bottle (in another flavour). This is a great way to get your protein in, with the added benefits of also getting collagen!

This is my 3rd or 4th bottle. I have gained so much energy. It helps me focus and think clearly. I am more productive. My hair is growing again. I had gastric surgery back in 2001 and I fell off of my protein intake routine. I am so thrilled with this product

So far so good. The taste isn’t bad at all.

Not a fan of this product. Your experience might be better. But truthfully I would rather an unflavored version (potentially still sweetened).

Very pleasant flavor very tolerable

I wish I could have taken this as there are limited protein products that meet my dietary restrictions and this one did. Unfortunately, I could not handle the smell or the taste; I only managed to gag down one dose.I'm not sure if a different flavor would have worked, but I did not like the lemon lime and don't have the money to try a different one.
