Sparthos Waist Trimmer Belt - Sweat More and Shorten Your Workout Time!

The only thing I don't care for is the velcro piece is kinda small. But this thing has given me the most help! It covers more than the womens trainers do.I'm 4'10 but I'm fluffy. This sits and covers way more than the others.

So far so good. Its not as tight as Ive had in the past but its good for the price. I havent had it long, but the durability seems to par with what Ive had in the past.

I was surprised by the quality of this and the velcro is large/strong. I am petite and smaller and I can get this to fit fine. I use it during my cardio workout. I am a sweater. lol This really helps to stabilize your lower back/pelvis which I needed. I use it over my shirt and hang up after my workout to dry. This really stays in place and is comfortable. For reference, I wear size 0 & 1 in jeans and only 5' 3" so it really goes from just below my chest to just below hip. I have a short torso. I have used it now for a couple weeks and it really holds up and still looks new. I generally sweat 2-3 pounds during my workouts. Not that it matters however it is very nice looking with a cool logo on the velcro area.

This helps me sweat more in the areas I am trying to focus on. It’s comfortable and doesn’t roll as much. Only thing I don’t like is that since I’m curvy, the belt doesn’t wrap around evenly on my body, and feel loose on other parts.

I really like using these types of neoprene waist belts when doing any type of exercise where you will be sweating a lot. I used to use one when using an incline trainer and it was unbelievable all the excess sweat that was being generated around the waist compared to not using one when doing the same exercise. I recently bought a new treadmill so naturally I had to get another one of these waist trimmer belts. I looked at a lot of them online and decided on this brand and am glad I did. It is quality made, heavy duty and will last a long time. Make sure you get a size that is at least a few inches larger than your waist line around your belly since the velcro strap needs some excess material to attach to. If you want to shed excess water weight around your belly and waist I highly suggest getting one of these, as it will definetly amplify your workout to another level as far as eliminating excess weight. Just be prepared for wet shorts and underwear from all the sweat dripping down!
