Pros - Comfort and support, top layer is soft but overall firm. Support by Duroflex in proactively inquiring if user facing any issuesCon - super heavy.Issues with Amazon delivery in getting it delivered to home inspire of easily accessible by lift. Had to pay the delivery person extra cash for them to bring it up the lift.

Says medium firm. But its more on firmer side. However i like the sleep quality on it. I have already purchased duroflex utopia sofa. Based on it i bought this. Recommend to people who like firmness on mattress than sinking

Did my wholesome research before purchasing it, went to duroflex experience centre and did a physical feel of the product. The layers are perfect making it durable, comfortable and orthopedically recommended.Product got delivered next day of ordering in perfect packaging.Its super comfortable

I'm writing this review after four months of using the product. I did not experience any problems with this mattress until now The mattress is really comfortable and has reduced back pain. The quality of the product is also good. Customer-care service is also good. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service offered.

It’s comfortable but I really got it to reduce my back pain unfortunately it did not help. Back pain did not increase but mattress did Not help to reduce. This is almost 5months of using the product. No difference. If you are looking for back pain relief please check other products

If you want a mix of Soft and Hard in the right proportion, you can buy this. I bought it for my double cot. Size is also available for my double cot size, and that is a plus. I bought it after going through many more options, after many more research online. At last, I found and bought this Duroflex Strength mattress (72 X 48 X 6) for about 16.5k after discount. We are using this for about 2 months now. This is really good and we have good sleep on it.

I ordered this product twice (78x72x6) and both time I was delivered a wrong size smaller product. Each time I tried to get a replacement and instead they cancelled my order and initiated refund. I have had my worst experience ever with amazon & duraflex!
