Sizing was spot on for our tall 10 year old granddaughter.When she goes out litter picking in future she will be able to wear a Hi-viz top that fits and not one of our adult sizes - always fashion conscious lol!The material is of equal quality to the ones we use when needed, and we seem to use them more often than you might think so this will be a really useful addition to our safety kit.

With the nights getting darker,this is an essential for taking young kids out. I got this for my 6 year old. It is a bit big but fits over his winter jacket and he will grow into it

I got this for my toddler grandson who's beginning to spend more time walking with our local walking group than being pushed around by his parents and high vis is something that the group has always encouraged. It is a little on the large size though for the age range given. There is a huge difference in 2-5yrs and to be honest the fit on a two year old dwarfs him, my daughter-in-law had to sew in a couple of ribbons at the back to pinch it in so it fitted a bit better, but it was still ankle length, even on my granddaughter (5+) it was a tad big. They could probably do with 2-3yr and 4-5yr sizes, rather than one 2-5yr size as the size variation within that age range is huge. However, even though it's purple the reflective strips are really effective. It's a really good vest, but be prepared to make some alterations, in the event it's too big.

Darker days are coming as we approach winter and our five year old daughter walks to big school and this can be dangerous when dark especially when part of your route takes you to a road with no pavement. This sounds bad but it is a road with very little traffic but has a twisty section so drivers may not immediately see people walking on the road.This reflective vest does pick out the car headlights very well.I suppose the important thing is that my daughter does not mind wearing it so that is pretty much makes things a lot easier. As to why she likes it?...well I don't ask but am thankful that she does!
