I was very skeptical at first and almost didn't purchase this item. The reason why, I was skeptical about purchasing this, I had purchased similar products like it before in the past and they didn't work. If you go by the instructions on this and have a little patience, it does appear to actually work. I am impressed and surprised. It says at first you will see more of the pests but, not to be alarmed by it. And it says after three weeks, they are gone. I have had two plugged in for 2 weeks now. At first I saw more like directions said. Then they seemed to after almost a week, start to decrease in seeing them. By week two now, I am seeing very few at all. I truly believe it is working. I can't wait to see if week three stands the test as mentioned. It looks like from this point, it truly is working. Finally a bug plug in that is really effective.

I haven't seen any bugs, but I did buy them more as a deterrent than to address a specific issue. But when I looked at the instructions to make sure I was installing them correctly, I found a LOT of spelling errors and odd grammatical choices that aren't present on the box. It made me a little concerned about the products overall quality or safety. Honestly, if the company sees this, maybe just proofread the instruction manuals? I'd feel a lot better if there weren't easy to fix mistakes present.

Just moved into a new place and within the first week I saw 2 huge palmettos. I bought this right away and haven't seen any since.
