There are 4 capsules in this Ginseng based supplement. The capsules are individually sealed in foil in a small box and there is an expiry date of 19 months after delivery date. The capsules are a bit smaller than a multi vitamin, are easy to swallow and have no discernible taste, after taste or smell.This supplement is geared at the premium end of the market (with each tablet coasting nearly £3 at time of review). The supplement contains quite a lot of Gingseng (150mg) but also contains Polygonatum, Ganoderma and Butea Superba which are not so common in these supplements which mst often contain Tribulus Terrestris, Gingko and Maca. I think his blend reflects the premium end of this market.Due to my age and the impacts of previous illnesses I find that these sort of supplements are extremnely useful to me. I have taken quite a number of these supplements and most of them have quite a significant impact on me. These were no exception. They have quite a significant impact (for me it kicked in after about an hour) and its effects on me last much longer than I would have expected. It makes a significant difference to me and is much appreciated.This product is premium. Some supplements work for me. Often it is the combination of ingredients that make a difference. It is well worth trying if the standard cheaper combinations of ingredients do not produce the expected impact.

I bought this product wasn't expecting much. But certainly worked for me. I see alot say it didn't work but did for me. Ordered a second time not a bad result for the price.

I was slightly sceptical that a supplement could have an effect, but I thought I would give these a try.As others have recommended, I took one with plenty of water. The capsules are quite large, but they are tasteless and I had no problem swallowing them.Their effect was very noticeable within about an hour, and continued to the next morning. I noticed there was still some residual effect during the next day while I was out and about doing things - I got an occasional reminder of the effect, if you know what I mean.Not a lot else to report - long story short ... they worked for me.I did not notice any side effects. I also noted that they worked equally whether taken on an empty or full stomach.There's not a great deal of information on the pack, but I'd certainly advise following the instruction to avoid if you have any heart/blood pressure problems.

My partner uses these products on occasion and is used to taking the non-natural type you get in a pharmacy, so we were interested in trying a more natural alternative you can get on the internet.His experience of it was that it definately works, but it states half an hour to take effect on the packet and it took about an hour. When it did take an effect though, it was quite obvious. He was still feeling the effects when he woke up the next morning, but same as the chemical equivalent using them gave him a stuffy congested nose. I’m not sure if that’s a side effect peculiar to him, but it happens every time he uses one of these “enhancements” so I thought it was worth mentioning.Overall, I do think these are worth a try if you are looking for an easily obtained alternative.
