Popped on powering!
Plugged this into my breadboard, bent over it to plug in my 12V DC supply only to be greeted by a flash, a pop and 2 smouldering transistors! Maybe I was unlucky and just got the one faulty board :(Gets 1 star as doesn't allow lower, although it did arrive on time so it can have a star for that! Absolutely useless loses it the other 4 stars.

Pretty good for a budget power supply
Just received this item today and I thought I'd run some checks on it before I use it. It has fitted to the breadboard easily and is nice and stable. As you can see from the photo it is operating quite satisfactorily and the 2 meters show the values actually achieved for the 2 voltage options available - 3.3V and 5V. As you can see the no-load voltages are well within tolerance and it is great to be able to run one voltage on one set of rails and the other voltage on the other set of rails. If the unit is switched to deliver the same voltage to both sets of rails then the actual value achieved is within 0.1V of nominal. Looking forward to seeing how the unit performs when a load is applied.

Use it every day
Work on Arduino projects everyday. This little power converter has not let me down. Fits well on standard breadboard.
