I purchased this bike for my son for Christmas and when he first rode, we notice the display would turn on but would not show speed or any information. Just 00. Then next day the headlight stopped working. I had gone to Kandi's website and put all information for warrant. Kandi contacting me. Ask to send picture and video of the problem. After a day they contacted me back and said they were going to ship me a completely new bike for replacement. They took care of all shipping. The new bike is working great. And the service they provided was great. Sometimes stuff does not work. But they took care of the problem. That is what is important.

The media could not be loaded.  My first order for this bike was somehow lost in shipping. The order was cancelled without problems and the reorder was promptly received via FedEx eighteen wheeler. Packaging was very secure. The assembly instructions and the user manual were absolutely abysmal. I couldn’t find assembly or use help online, but did not call the manufacturer. Looking at the bike picture on the delivery box was more helpful for assembly than were the instructions. The bike has performed well with my 90 pound grandson, and battery life has been adequate but has not been rigorously tested in the three days of use. The bike will not climb an even moderately sloped hill with my 160 pounds on it. There are ten lines on the control panel which I presume are state of charge indicators, but two only are always lighted regardless of charge.UPDATE The bike quit working after about one month. I have sent multiple emails to customer service and their response has been extremely slow and unhelpful. The bike will be worthless unless I am able to find someone locally to fix it.UPDATE. June 11, 2024. Customer service was so unhelpful that I burned the bike, as shown in the video above, hoping to impress upon potential customers to search elsewhere.

Product was well packaged and shipped quickly, arrived a few days after it was ordered. Assembly was straight forward.Seems well constructed and comfortable. Seems sturdy but not made for extreme hard trail riding.

Bought this product and it only worked for a few weeks. Ended up making 5 phone calls, and sending 8 emails to try to get someone help me know what part to order to get it fixed. Never got any help.

I heard great things about this brand after seeing their golf carts all over town. Had no issue with customer service, so it looks like they fixed those issues. Overall, great experience and I recommend it.
