I bought this pillow primarily for travel on planes, but I've started using it every day for when I'm in bed watching TV. It's very comfortable up against the regular pillows, so it's definitely a keeper....

Great product - fit well and super soft!

My wife wanted a neck pillow. These were cheap and had decent reviews so I ordered 2. One wouldn't hold air, so it was returned. I found it very uncomfortable, so I didn't get a replacement. It is hard and curved inward under my chin and pressed right against my lymph glands.My wife tried hers on a trip and said, after just a few minutes, it was so uncomfortable it wasn't worth packing for the return trip!We're quite different. I'm 6'3" 235 lbs and she's 5'2" 115 lbs and neither of us could stand it.YMMV

I agree with other reviewers. This pillow has a few flaws. I really had trouble finding a comfortable position with this pillow.Pros:-Soft material with removable cover- Air releases so it packs smaller than other neck pillows in a little bag.-super easy and fast to inflate.-can change stiffness with amounts of air.Cons:-The valve is really loose and if you bump it with your shoulder or face or chin it will spontaneously deflate.-the shape has large "bulbs" on the front which are actually taller than the back. Since my neck is small, they wrap all the way to the front and feel like a clamp on my trachea. I feel like if it was 1 inch shorter at both ends it would be more comfortable for smaller necks.Ultimately, the only comfortable way for me to use this was sideways, where one large bulb was behind my neck and the other was under my chin. I'd switch the pillow to whatever side I was leaning my head. I actually used it upside down so the occipital pads became like a shoulder tripod. This also avoids the problem of bumping the valve and accidentally letting the air out.I'm happy I paid less than 20 dollars for this. That said, when it breaks, I'll be looking for something else.

I have a neck problems . So I thought to order this. Omg, the best thing ever. Very soft feels like cashmere. It comes with this pouch that is the same. Arterial ascthe pillow . It’s very easy to flate and deflate. I love it . Thank you so much .
