Good customer service
The first item did not pair with my iPhone. The company quickly contacted me and sent a replacement. The replacement worked great with zero issues. This item is great for music and phone calls. Good sound quality.

Nice n compact
Works itself loose from your ear canal. Adding a rubber earbud to improve sound and reduce background noise.

Died before 6 months
Bought in June, it is now November and my ear bud will not charge anymore. I have tried everything.Listing says there is a 12 month warranty, but there is no way to contact the company to inquire.Such a bummer, I really liked this earbud too.I would love it if someone from this company contacted me.
