Be careful after 2-3 weeks you start getting bad headaches, I had to stop taking them, so I can't take them anymore.

These capsules are slowly absorbed and avoid the 'side effects' of other iron supplements. They stop me feeling lethargic in the afternoons due to low haemoglobin levels - I'm in my sixties. These are the best value I've found and I recommend them.
