good quality plastic is used and this size is perfect for medium sized garbage bag, it is really a good one in this price range, the pedal works fine, just assemble it properly and you are good to go

Only one dustbin came as expected. It had missing parts for other dustbin making it not useful further. I was not able to place return/replace
