Sound is nice but mine did not include the metal ring or a charging cord so I'm only giving 2 stars.Update... Received the metal ring and charging cord once the issue was identified. Thank you for the fast reply.We also ordered the green and orange set which had the hooks and charging cords. The dual sound is much better. Gave the initial green one to my daughter for her pool. Blue tooth distance on these is not great but the card slot option takes care of that. A must have part of our pool! Love it.... :)

1. The sound of the speaker is great. Bought a second and ‘slaved’ it to the first and got a good stereo sound, as promised.2. The speaker is waterproof, as advertised, but I have lost the connection every time I tried it in the water (some other reviewers commented on this). I have not tried the sd card option, perhaps that will work better.3. I’ve had some trouble finding a good spot to place them. They don’t like the pool deck, reception is iffy. They work best on a table, or in a chair cup holder. When they work, range doesn’t seem to be an issue.Overall, I recommend them, as long as you are flexible about where you will put them.

This speaker was great. Eventually though, the ‘on’ button failed and I had to cut it open to see what was going on. This was 2 years into its use (for my pool, my twins bathtime, and generally when I wanted a better speaker doing chores etc) The button was pushed back, only barely clinging on to the green switchboard thing (whatever it’s called). Used it without the waterproofing (obviously since I cut it open) for a bit trying to be as gentle as possible. A few weeks later, the button snapped off altogether. If you buy this, be very very gentle with the buttons. It works great otherwise. Great sound, always connects, never randomly disconnects, etc. breaks my heart it had to go in the trash.

Probably should be 2 stars but the sound quality is good and it’s not ruined if it does get wet however if mine gets splashed or any water on the top where the speaker is the sound cuts out. Makes is sound like the music is coming through a cell phone with bad connection going in and out. Once it dries out it works fine again. A little disappointing since I was wanting something to float around the pool or hang on the side while we swim and play.

This little speaker has quite a bit of bang for the buck. The fact that the speaker is waterproof, can link up to another one if you purchase two, and it links up quickly is great. Even better is the sound quality. It sounds really good for its size. I've purchase similar speakers and have not been very impressed. Haven't tried it in my pool yet but have run around with it on my backpack and used it for workouts. Worth every penny.

Waterproof and floats! I was looking for a Bluetooth speaker to use while kayaking and found this gem. It holds the charge for ample time and you won’t find a comparable sound clarity at the price. I liked it so much I got a second one!

Had an issue with the first one I ordered, customer service was on it and took care of my issues. Sound is good enough for the kayak

Bought this last year. Used it a few times for a total of about twelve hours. Sound quality was great, as was its overall performance. Pulled it out to use it this year and it is dead. Won’t do anything. So if you want a great sounding, floating speaker but this one. Just know it may not work the following year.
