Stunningly Natural!
I love this nail polish! I’ve always loved Sally Hansen polishes but this one is so gorgeous! Gives a very natural, elegant soft pink colour. Only thing to note is that it takes around 3-4 coats to get the colour I have in the photo, but you get that with pale colours. Brush is easy to use and dries within about 5-10 minutes. Definitely recommend using a clear top coat to protect the finish and make it last even longer without chipping. Love, love, LOVE!

Lovely colour but needs a few coats
I bought the Sally Hansen Colour Therapy nail polish in Steely Serene. Along with the name, the photo makes it seem like it's a grey-ish shade, but the colour is actually more like milky coffee. I don't mind this discrepancy too much, as I love nude shades, but if you want a grey shade I'd go with something else. It's a good quality polish (Sally Hansen invariably is), but I find it has less staying power than the Salon Manicure range. It's also rather watery, which means you need a good 3 coats to get a smooth finish, especially if you're not bothering with a top coat. On the plus side, I love the shape of the brush, as you can get a single coat on with about 3 strokes. It shows blemishes and imperfections more quickly and easily than my Salon Manicure stuff - I'm not sure if this is down to the pale colour or because it's the argan oil formula. I put 2 coats on one afternoon and had a few mild smudges by the next day, so added a 3rd coat. It looks a lot better now.Overall I'd recommend it, as it's a lovely colour, but if you're the type who gets impatient waiting for it to dry or wants something that lasts longer than a few days, I'd say try the Salon Manicure range instead.

Faultless quality but be careful about the colour
Apart from Chanel, Sally Hansen is my favourite choice for nail varnish because it doesn't chip, lasts ages and is easy to apply (ie dries quickly but not so fast that it dries before you finish application to a nail). The smell isn't horrible either. Keeps fingernails stronger and less likely to split. Only drawback is the colours are not true, whether looking at the bottle in a shop or at a picture online. SH's polishes always appear a shade lighter once applied, compared with Chanel colours, but in the end it's a tradeoff: SH polish gives you incredibly strong nails but Chanel's colours are true although its product is not as good re chipping or strengthening as the polishes by SH.

Not impressed. Worst. Brush. Ever.
The positives first. In the bottle the colour is very pretty - a milky peachy pink. And one coat looks VERY sheer, it just gives a slightly softened or blurred look to the nail, and a satin (rather than high-gloss) finish. Those are the good points.Unfortunately there are two major negative factors which make this polish unpleasant to use.The brush. Oh my good lord. Who designed this brush? *face palm* It is wide and short - which is actually my preference- but the bristles are so thick and firm, I have never seen a polish brush like it! It is very inflexible and the horrid bristles 'drag' through the polish leaving brush strokes like rake lines in a zen garden!! Awful. They also look like they have been clipped by a blunt pair of scissors. It makes it impossible to get a neat second coat unless you slop it on thick. (Maybe that's why some folks have complained it doesn't dry?) For reference I'm comparing this to OPI, China Glaze, Chanel, Cuccio, Rimmel, CND, Mavala, Morgan Taylor, Revlon etc etc Even Orly have better brushes. The second negative for me is the slight rubberiness of the formula. Combined with the rotten brush you get a lot of friction when you apply that second coat and it makes for a blotchy, patchy look. Now this might be OK if you go all in and build up the colour to almost opacity (3 or 4 coats maybe?) But why buy a sheer polish is you want it opaque?I can speak to the longevity or benefit to nail growth because I am taking this off now and will probably return the bottle. Seriously disappointing given the rep of this brand.

Gorgeous colour, easy to apply
This nail varnish has a wide brush and is very easy to apply. I love the colour, and the quality of the nail varnish is the best I've ever used. One layer looks a little thin, but to get it to match the colour of the bottle, two layers is perfect and opaque. The bottle is larger than I expected, and the colour is like a warm neutral, kind of rosy. The picture I attached, the colour shows up more pale, but it is darker in person. Its genuinely stunning and my favourite nail varnish. I can see this going with any skin tone and any outfit in any season.I've been using this with the Sally Hansen Vitamin E nail and cuticle oil, and my nails feel much much stronger, and I'm sure it's down to this product. Very very happy, will definitely be buying more from this brand.

Salon quality nail polish!
Absolutely gorgeous colour and finish with this polish. Yes - this might be a slightly more expensive bottle than other brands but it's a lovely formula and has a tapered brush for easy application which makes it worth the price. I used a clear base coat, then one coat of this polish and then a top coat (see picture). Day 2 of wear and not a single chip so far. Love love love. Will definitely be getting more colours.
