I have been using this probiotic for a few months now and I am very happy with it. I really wanted to like these :( Unfortunately, they gave me horrible gas and caused me to break out all over my neck. As soon as I stopped taking them, the gas and breakouts got better. If you think you might be sensitive to digestive issues and acne, be very careful with these.

Item arrived well packaged, in perfect condition and as expected. Nice clean energy but not jittery. No negative side effects from adding the matcha or adding the probiotics, no stomach upset, only a little extra energy. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!
