The silicone stovetop cover has some structure to it because of the fiberglass mat at its core. The surface is very shiny and felt a little sticky like vinyl. But I scrubbed it with detergent, and that reduced the issue. I did not get this mat for my stove. I don't have an induction stove. Rather, I wanted a work surface for the kitchen table for my projects. I am constantly commandeering the kitchen table when I have something small to paint, or something to solder, or I need to take something apart that has a bunch of little screws. I don't want to scratch the table, so I search for a piece of cardboard. Now, all I need to do is roll out my silicone mat, and the table is protected. It gives me a heat resistant work surface that is spotlessly clean. Nothing will get lost on a busy pattern. Even the tiniest screw is easy to find on this mat. And then when I am done, I can just roll it up and stick it in a drawer. I am extremely happy with this cover.

This product caught on fire. It's not a good investment. If you wonder if I'm a part of the company your answer is heck no. This product needs to be taken off the market. I don't even see y they make you rate the stupid piece of crap.

I am returning this product because both sides are so “sticky” it takes 2 people to get it in place so every time you have to move it it’s hard to get back on. The worst thing about it is the side facing up is just like the back side. Everything sticks to it! You can’t keep it clean and when you try to wash it, any lint on clothe sticks. Forget using paper towels to wipe it down.

This is a great stove mat. It is very simple to use. The mat is very easy to clean. I like this mat because it's the right size for my stove. I like how the mat is heat resistance. I like the way the mat looks on the stove. I also like that the mat help prevent dust from accumulating on the stove top if it's not being used. I would have preferred a black color but was no color options available.

I like the fact that my induction cooktop will not be scratched by my cast iron cookware. Thankfully I read the reviews of the various cooktop covers, to ensure I got the correct one -- made especially for induction. You need to be sure that your cooktop is completely clean and free from any crumbs. It's a bit like wallpapering: any imperfection will leave a bump on the covering, and you need to ensure that all air bubbles are moved to the edges and removed. The only problem I see is that I need to figure a way to easliy see exactly where the burner is beneath it. I will be checking other reviews to see how others have solved it.

I’ve never purchased one of these before but ended up returning it as it seemed very cheaply made and was kind of sticky. For the price I was expecting something a little more heavy duty and silicone like.

Il couvre bien et protège bien la cuisinière mais la surface attire la poussière et est difficile à laver. Donc ma cuisinière est protégée mais a toujours l'air sale... les peluches des linges pour nettoyer restent accrochées sur le produit (surface antidérapente qui colle/attrape la poussière). Bref, plutôt désagréable. Je ne suis pas satisfaite...

Fonctionne très bien......mais pas certaine que ça va durer longtemps. On utilise fréquemment et je crois pas que dans un an se sera encore utilisable. MAIS j'aime beaucoup et si le prix est toujours raisonnable j'achèterai à nouveau.
