My daughter loves it. Got it for her Christmas. Controls are intuitive and the low, medium, high speed settings are awesome. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

Ruined our Christmas morning
We bought this as our son's #1 most wanted item for Christmas. We were so excited to assemble & charge (per directions). The look of disappointment on his face Christmas morning when we could not get it to power on or do ANYTHING was devastating. We tried contacting customer support but they were closed for Christmas... here it is almost 4:00 pm the next day and still have not received the promised call.

The scooter is super easy to set up. My son love how easy it is to switch gears for the different speed. He also loves the lights and the headlight.
