This is a great light for anyone who needs a simple boost to their early seedlings. I typically start my garden seedlings in February/March and the sun coming through the window just isn't enough to give them the boost they need. I bought this to remedy that late winter/early Spring lack of sun. It is been excellent. I use the 12 hour timer and it works like a charm. It folds up and the base is designed so that it can be placed on a table top or on the floor depending on your needs. I would buy it again and again and recommend it for any hobby gardener or grower.

I purchased 3 of these in September and already 1 went out. Can’t wait to see how much longer the other 2 last. 3 lights for $150 and 1 only lasted a little over 2 months. Not happy at all!!!!Follow up: after contacting the company they offered to send me a new light.

Second Update: I Googled Yadoker and found an email address. Jack responded to me and promptly arranged a full refund through Amazon. I recommend buying the lights you want as the manufacturer stands behind their products beyond Amazon’s 30-day return window.UPDATE: LIGHTS STOPPED WORKING AFTER TWO MONTHS. NO WAY TO CONTACT YADOKER! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!My plants are new and on a plant stand of various heights. I like everything about theselights effectiveness, timer, brightness choices. I took off one star because I wish I could adjust each light to a different height and move them further apart to get all plants.

Used to brag about this light. But it just stopped working out of nowhere after 13 months

So far I really like this lamp, it’s flexible and tall enough for my cat palms. I love that it automatically shuts on and off every 12 hours (has 2 other time settings I think 8 and 16 hours??) and has a dimmer. I like that I can adjust the direction of the lamp so it’s not shining on me when im on the couch. My only complaint is that I didn’t realize the thin silver wire from the light attachment (you screw it into the stand/base) is exposed so I wrapped it around the base. Not as clean of a look as I was hoping for but I am still really happy with the light so far. Hopefully it lasts!!

This light was truly a problem solver for me. I purchased a lovely Hibiscus tree that has to be brought in to survive the Pennsylvania winter. When it came time to bring it in, there was no good place in my small house to put it without moving furniture around and causing a disruption to be by a good window. Then it leaked all over the carpet. I would have put up with it when I had the idea to purchase a grow light and put the tree out of the way in the basement. I chose this one and it only took 2 minutes to snap it together and it's plenty tall enough to stretch above my plant. When I saw how nice it was I immediately purchased a second one and my Hibiscus tree loves them. I can't speak to the light spectrum timer but it must be working. It's been nearly a month and Hibiscus is thriving, even has a few blooms and not a pain spending winter in the basement where an overflow of water won't hurt anything and I don't have my house all moved to accommodate it. Highly recommend!

Works great, timer works, my plants are growning. All around good

This is a decent plant growth light but with very unsatisfactory timer functionality. Yes, one can turn on the light and select one of the three light duration: 8, 12, or 16 hours. At the selected duration, the light will turn off automatically. BUT, it will NOT turn ON automatically the next day - one must go and turn it on manually. I emailed their support and was told that if I want the kind of timer function I need to use an external timer. Then I found out that if I select the 8-hour duration, this light DOES perform the desired funtion - I turned it on, selected 8-hour duration, it turned off after 8 hours, AND the next day it turned on automatically!!! I emailed them again telling them about this "surprising" functionality, they replied and told me, yes, the 8-hour selection would work this way! Then we had a power outage and the light stopped working. So I bought an external timer hoping to use it to control the automatic ON/OFF. But it no longer works. I must turn it on manually every morning, but it does turn off at my timer setting. I find the timer function extremely unsatisfactory. Definitely NOT what I was hoping for. It should not cost them much more to implement a REAL timer function, especially at the price charged.But the seller DOES respond in a timely manner to my emails.

For whatever reason, it turns itself constantly now like every ten/fifteen minutes (the lamp flickers beforehand so idk if it’s a faulty connection or something) and the return window has now closed so I’m not pleased at all. Now I have a very large broken lamp and I’m 50 quid poorer 🙈
