Incredible smell! (in a good way), reminded me of a particular 'menthol' product for hair... As for this, good reports from my wife and kids who easily have more hair than me! Consistency, results and application are all good. The packaging is in a neat dispenser and is easy to pump out, even for younger children. Great item.

This is a new brand for me so I was pleased to sample and test it over a ten day period.It is a large bottle containing 473 ml/ 16 fluid ounces. It dispenses easily and quickly froma press button.You do not need a lot of the liquid as a little goes a long way.There is an aroma of mint which I liked as it gave my hair a fresh, clean and refreshing feel.In use, it certainly made a difference to my hair, not only untangling, but it gave it a soft, silkyfeel-which was really good. In appearance it gave it a shiny look.The liquid contains all the good and positive things -wheat protein, coconut extract and importantlynone of the bad stuff -for example parabens.There is a cost factor of course and only you can decide whether it is worth it.Overall, this is a quality conditioner, no doubt about it.

I’m impressed with this conditioner. My hair is very long at the moment and can get a bit knotty around the back of my neck and in the ends. This keeps it nicely detangled even with only minimal brushing and doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it oily.It smells very nicely of mint, in a natural way like the actual mint herb rather than a very strongly artificial scent. The pump is handy as it’s easier to measure out the same amount each time. 2 pumps for my long thick hair. Will last ages!

This is a really good conditioner that can be used every day. It has a fresh, minty scent that smells great and wakes you up in the morning. It's a big bottle that will last for ages and the pump action means that you get just the right amount with one press. the packaging and brand looks good in the bathroom and the natural ingredients and not animal tested are also a big plus.

Like its partner shampoo this conditioner is slightly let down by the industrial looking pump action bottle. It looks more like a workshop handcare product than the high quality beauty product it actually is. My wife and daughters all have big hair and they agreed that this lightweight conditioner is up there with the best they have ever used. It smells like mild menthol and rinses out easily. It left their hair feeling silky smooth with plenty of body and not a hint of greasiness. One plus point about the pump action bottle is that it prevents waste because it delivers measured amounts - this stuff isn't cheap and you don't want a lot of top quality conditioner disappearing down the shower unit plug hole. Thoroughly recommended.

I've reviewed a few conditioners in the last few years but none that have smelt quite like this one. You'd better like mint as the smell of this one is almost overpowering it's so strong. And a bit like spices in prepared foods I do sometimes wonder what the manufacturers are trying to hide with excessive scent in an otherwise "basic" product. But I’ll come back to that shortlyWhen you first see the bottle you’d be forgiven for thinking it’s most likely a pound shop offering (at least I’ve seen similarly styled bottles of handwash there!) as to me at least it looks cheap but perhaps that’s how things are working these days – less packaging & all that. It’s a pump action bottle which might work well for some but for me with severely arthritic hands it’s actually quite hard for me to use easily so certainly wouldn’t be my preference.Once you manage to use some I found it takes a reasonable quantity (2-3 pumps) to really do a decent job and I promise you that’s not because my hair’s in any way badly conditioned – far from it. It just seemed to take a bit more work to make my hair “feel” conditioned – you know – that lovely sleek feel you get with a job well done! But while it didn’t really feel that way wet I must confess it certainly does dry so it does seem to work quite well.The minty smell too while very strong at the time of using doesn’t seem to stay too long afterwards – 4 hours later & those I asked said my hair didn’t smell of anything – good or bad. But scent is such a subjective thing & so hard to gauge – much may depend on hair type and age etc – “young” hair will probably hold scent a lot longer than that of those of us past 40!But price - my gosh - you have to wonder how manufacturers justify prices sometimes, as so often you're paying for nothing more than a name. Personally I've never heard of Baxter but maybe it's because they're in "California" that allows for the higher price on this. For me, at that price, I'd want to have a much larger bottle or else have some expensive additives. Instead the price alone would make me walk away to look elsewhere before I'd even lift the bottle. But I'm not well off financially so others may not have any problem with the price. Fair enough but at least look to get value for your money. I don't feel this provides that.BUT it works!!
