Description

The Highbush Blueberry is a deciduous, multi-stemmed upright shrub, typically growing to 5-6ft at maturity. It has all year round interest in the garden, with bell-shaped flowers appearing in spring, before it's leaves emerge. During late summer tasty health-giving blueberries are produced in abundance. In autumn the leaves start to turn shades of yellow through to dark red. The stems also provide a little colour to the garden in winter. Blueberry plants are highly suitable as patio plants in containers.
