I’ve been talking this supplement for about 9 weeks now I’m sure they have helped my running. I’ve achieved a few PB’S at Parkrun and can also run a lot faster and further now. A year ago I couldn’t run 5k but now I can run well over 10k. These tablets seem to be helping me a lot so hopefully once I’ve been taking them for over 16 weeks I’ll see even better results.

As a gym goer ( 4 times a week ) I look for anything that can help sustain my performance throughout the week. As I work shifts, anything that can help promote muscular hypertrophy while I sleep and rest is essential. These are a great addition alongside my regular protein shakes. I have noticed sustained energy through the week and greater recovery, allowing me to work out harder and long whilst at the gym to help maximise my gains.

I’ve tried a lot of similar GH products and never been impressed or even noticed a difference but Since I started taking this I’ve noticed I’ve got another gear in my training. Wether I’m running lifting or grappling.. this is what I’ve needed to take my training to the next level.I cant recommend this enough!!
