I got this to just try out and it seems to be doing something, but I can't really say it's ... oh wow amazing...or anything like that.Yes, I have noticed more energy, I am sleeping really well (although I always kinda do).Is it negative, no. Is there a positive to taking it...seems to be. I may buy another just to verify. But I cannot just say, this is a great product and it's worth spending $ on. Not yet at least.

Package was crushed, bottle was loose but not open.Taken for 1 week and no affect yet.

I am a 43 year old male. I put on some muscle but I noticed I started to lose alot of hair on my head. I think it is from this product. I will update after a few weeks of being off it. Just finished the bottle today.

Took thes for a few weeks, got blood work done and my test was through the roof but then ended up in the hospital. The doctor believes this was spliced with something else not on the label and messed me up. Would never recommend this to anyone.

You're never quite sure you are going the benefits advertised, just from this supplement or any other supplement. I think the best you can hope for is that you feel better and don't have weird side effects. This is true on both counts for me, at least for this supplement.

I have used this for a month now, I have more energy and feel great!
