This is the second pair we've purchased...these for a 2nd child. They don't cut the sound 100%, but they are great for children with sound sensitivities.

We bought these for my 8yr old as he has trouble focusing in class with all the loud noises. These are great because they fold up small and you're able to carry them in a small bag or backpack. They aren't completely sound cancelling, so he can still hear people talk. It blocks out just enough for him to be able to focus. Con, they are a little tight and seem to fit smaller. Overall happy with this product!
