Awful. There's a horrible large picture inside of Thoreau, with the dates he was born and died overwhelmingly big. It's a bit creepy. It's very small, feels and looks like a toy. I returned it as soon as I opened it. Oh, and the compass dial didn't move at all. Save yourself the hassle and skip this one.

This was a great gift idea for a group.
