Real time and work saver
I bought this to do suspension work on cars. My old Milwaukee impact wrench was 3/8” drive and could muster 176 pound feet of torque. This can deliver over 700. This turned a two day job of breaking bolts on a suspension and usually getting hurt multiple times as in the past to a six hour job with only a scratch. Lower control arms, struts, sway bar end links. What I really appreciate is Mode four, which torques the bolts to 50 foot pounds and then you can finish with a torque wrench. Like magic. 50 foot pounds forward, 700 in reverse. No need to switch modes, just leave it in mode four. This wrench is capable of nearly 1,000 foot pounds. It is simply crazy what modern tools can do. I have given away my old Milwaukee impact wrench, as well as my Kobalt 400 foot pounds corded impact wrench. I have what I need. Thanks, Milwaukee. You have served me well, even when I was a teenager installing telephone systems in buildings and I bought my first hammer drill. Good times.

Awesome 1/2
Owned a second gen 1/2 impact for 4 years before it got stolen. Never failed me. So naturally I bought this new model, worth the dollar especially if you don't already have a 1/2 impact or are getting ready to invest into a power tool brand. It being Smaller and lighter then last gen is HUGE. less fatigue, easier to maneuver, and WAY better lights. Even with a 6.0 battery this 3rd gen is still lighter then previous gen. Oh yeah and it's stronger too.

Beast
Absolute beast. I was late to the 1/2” impact party when it comes to electric. I finally bit the bullet. I’m a dealership mechanic and was always nervous about batteries going dead mid job, etc. I got the red forge batteries for this. After a week of use, batteries are at about half life. This thing takes off Honda crank bolts with a regular impact 19mm with absolute ease. Even with my few year old Snapon air 1/2” I have to use a weighted socket to take those bolts off. Very impressed.

Well designed
I would give it 6 stars if I could. It’s a beast. It’s well worth the price. It’s a great design because the main body is shorter which lets you get into tight spots though not all areas. I yanked one bolt in a matter of 5 seconds, but had to use a wrench on another, which took me about 8 minutes. The lug nuts on the car came out just like the car shops, wham-bam-thank you mam!

Love this tool
I recently added the Milwaukee 2967-20 M18 FUEL™ 1/2" High Torque Impact Wrench to my toolkit, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The compact design, measuring just 7.6 inches in length, allows me to access tight spaces effortlessly, making tasks like automotive repairs much more manageable. The power of this tool is remarkable. With up to 1,100 ft-lbs of fastening torque and 1,600 ft-lbs of nut-busting torque, it tackles even the most stubborn bolts with ease. I recently used it to remove rusted lug nuts that had been a challenge for other wrenches, and the Milwaukee handled them effortlessly.Weighing only 5.9 lbs as a bare tool, it's surprisingly lightweight for its capabilities, reducing fatigue during extended use. The Tri-LED lighting around the anvil is a thoughtful addition, providing excellent visibility in dimly lit work areas.Battery life is impressive. Paired with the M18 REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ XC6.0 battery, I can work through long projects without frequent recharges. The tool's balance and ergonomics make it comfortable to use, even during prolonged periods.Overall, the Milwaukee 2967-20 is a top-tier impact wrench that delivers on performance, design, and reliability. It's a worthwhile investment for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts seeking a high-quality tool that can handle demanding tasks with ease.

best buy hands down just get a good battery
We all know this is the best mechanical brand, but this one is small, great in hand, with perfect light and battery life. Power depends on the size battery you have on it. It's very durable, doesn't break, and works awesome. This brand is the king for all mechanics like me. Just make sure to get the stronger battery

Great Performance And Capable
It's been working out very well for an impact driver. It's a little large in the hand and has some weight with the battery. I'm sure that's needed to get the great performance. Good LED lighting when in use. Able to stand upside down which makes it less likely to be knocked over.Very solid tool. Easy to switch from forward to reverse and to change the settings.

Nice impact should last a long time, appears to be well made
This is a heavy-duty impact wrench. I'm not sure what it won't remove. I had an axle nut that my air impact couldn't remove, so I bought this one. It took about 2 seconds, and it zipped it off. It's a little heavier than my air impact, however, I don't have to real out the air line anymore.
