Very good quality. Ez to assemble. Very pleased with item. Having said that, the shipper thrashed the box. Looked like it fell on the truck while traveling down the road. Everything insde the box was in disarray. Some paint damage on one item. Item gets 5 stars, shipper gets only one star.

The only issue I had with it is that one tire came flat. They sent me a replacement right away (although it took a week to receive) but I am happy now.

The overall construction of the frame is good. it is well built. But the tires they use have thin sheet metal rims, and the one wheel bent on the first use. i used it to move a boat trailer with no boat on it, and it failed on first use.

The dolly should work well but the pictures vary from the actual item (see attached photos). They are obviously not flat free tires, the item is black not gray, and there is a different pin used for the adjustment. Gave 3 stars due to the dolly I received not matching the description of the item I ordered. Assembly was easy, just ensure you use the longer bolt in the bottom hole and force stand to the lowest hole.

Product was bought for a gift. After assembling we had an issue with the product. Seller replied above and beyond when I reached out to them! Great example of customer satisfaction comes first. THANK YOU!
