This supplement product arrived on time. I have been using shilajit for many years now in one form or another. This is my first experience with a resin. I can add this to everything from juice to my morning coffee as I feel it is an important element for good health. You can read and research for yourself. My issues here is that the lid is difficult to get off day after day. Once off, measuring out just 600mg of resin is difficult at best and I do not see how this small container can actually carry 80 servings. Sometimes at room temperature, the resin will not budge, but a quick 5 seconds in the microwave and the flow is easier.Although I love the highly beneficial effects of shilajit, the price point is too high for me to have continual usage.

Jar won’t open even after trying everything

This is my first time using this product. All reports heard that it had an earthy flavor or taste. That’s what I was expecting, but mine taste, sweet, almost like caramel.

So disappointed the lid wasn’t on tight when I opened the package….ughhh what a mess! Half the product to clean up and so now I have a quarter of the small amount of it! I normally love this stuff but no return policy is a let down
