My mother loves this heating pad for warming her feet. We've had it foe over a year ans it still works great. Automatic shut off avoids burns.

I needed a heating pad so bad and wanted it to be pink and this heating pad was the worst, didn’t last no more than 3 months, just stopped working out the blew DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OKAY !!!

We use it a lot for arm pain, back discomfort, leg pain, our dogs love to lay on it also when it’s on. It heats up fast and has an auto shut off function, not to big or small. Perfect size. Definitely recommend

So far I really like this heating pad. I like the flexibility. My old one was so rigid and hard to mold to your neck, etc.

I used the heating pad for my back, and became relaxed. Afterwards, for some reason, I started to read the instructions even though I had already used the heating pad. The instructions said not to lay on the heating pad. Uh, what? Don’t LAY on it? But I had just used it for my back. So, what should one do? The instructions say not to, but I already did. If you have this, it is up to you. As for me, I am still enjoying the relaxation just as I had prior to reading.

Ordered as a gift for Granddaughter to take to College. Loved being able to order a girly pink one.Looks well made, but haven’t tried it.

This quit working after just one year!

Bought in December, screen numbers started failing days out of the box, now (March) the setting is stuck at 195F so I won't be using this product anymore. Not worth the purchase
