Nightmare to deal with Galaxy Express
We followed all instructions for a return on 4 Dec 2023. Receipt was acknowledged and no problem with the product. As of today, 6 February 2024, we have not received the refund promised.

Nice chromebook
Had a similar HP Chromebook about 3.5 years old. Third time I dropped it, screen damage finally put it out of commission. Bought this as a replacement. Old system had a touch screen but this one weighs less. I miss a backlit keyboard but other than that I like this keyboard more. As expected, this system is much faster and has much better battery life. Screen looks great. The textured case and grasping ridge on the bottom makes it much easier to grip and less likely to drop. Minimal time and effort to set up so long as you know your passwords and can sync to your old system. Four stars due to lack of backlit keyboard. Haven't made up my mind about the lack of a touch screen but I think I can do without that feature.Update: the Chrome update automatically downloaded upon system startup includes a newer version of AdBlock. Users should open AdBlock to check/reset ad options to turn off all ads.Update: Two-finger touchpad scrolling is better than a touch screen for most applications. Two-finger touchpad works to zoom in/out in Google maps. Use right side of touchpad (click and hold) to move map.

blazing speed
This computer has it all. Don't know about gaming, but stock trading, research, whatever, it is blazing fast. TIP: Best Buy has it for $100 less. At $300 it's a steal.
