I am thoroughly pleased.
I am completely pleased with this trimmer. It is the first one I have owned, and hopefully the last. It comes with a lifetime guarantee! I used it right out of the box and it worked well - AS ADVERTISED! This little tool has made my modest grooming routine a LOT easier. For the price and how well it works. It use it for nose, inside ears, and using the attachment to trim around my ears and the bottom of my sideburns. I havent had it long so I cannot comment yet on the durability of it or longevity of the battery but so far so good.

short-lived
The item worked fine for about 10 uses over a several month period.Then it became problematic and would not switch on for many tries.Finally it has stopped working completely after less than a year. Batteries are fine.So it's the item itself...maybe the switch.Heading to landfill after about a dozen uses. That is not good.

Stopped Working
Was pretty happy with the performance, but it became harder and harder to get the trimmer to turn on. It is now dead. Switched out the battery and that wasn't the problem. As others have noted, there is obviously a problem with quality.

The trimmer takes a long time to turn on.
I've changed my review to one star. This trimmer is essentially useless now. It will not turn on after two minutes of flicking the switch back and forth. There is a defect in the switch. I've had this problem with some other trimmers, but at this price, this should not happen. Save your money and don't buy this.
