Purchased this for transporting Wegovy on a trip to Europe for a cruise. It easily held 3 injectable pens and kept them cool until I reached the ship and then put them in the mini-refrigerator in the cabin. I'm very pleased with the results.

It kept my insulin cold for 30 hours. This is the best way to travel with insulin. I have been struggling with keeping my insulin cold enough during long flights. This is definitely the solution. I put the flask in the freezer for 10 minutes before I put insulin and gel pack into it. Very handy and doesn’t take much space.

This worked really well in transporting my meds during vacation. It stayed frozen for the 6 hours I was in flight.

This works exactly as advertised. I never used the emergency “ice water” bottle. But if I had any suggestion for improvement, I would put an opening for the ice water bottle on the side, so that you can put actual ice into it. I love that there is a thermometer included so you know how warm the bottle got. Even when one leg of my journey exceeded 48 hours, and I didn’t have a chance or possible opportunity to get ice water, my bottle never got warmer than 60 f. For my medication I think that was acceptable.

I bought this specifically fo fly with. The blue ice doesn't fit inside with the lid on. I tried the optional water pack as directed and my insulin went bad. It got above 75°F inside the cup. Luckily our flight home was earlier than expected and I was able to get to new insulin at home
