Lov love this, Perfect for those chilly days. love that it has a timer and shuts down after use.

The first one I order arrived broken around the rim. I immediately put in back in the box, returned it through Kohls and had a new one in 2 days. It works great, looks nice and I highly recommend this company.

compact design and great function. Heats fast.

We bought this on a whim for our bathroom thinking a warm towel would be nice on occasion. We’ve been absolutely loving using it!It’s compact and fits easily in our small bathroom but fits two of our large towels if needed. It does take a little time to fully heat through a towel (the default 60 minutes is good for that) but even 15 minutes while you shower is enough for a bit of warmth.The display is a little dim when the sunlight comes through the window, but the controls are so simple, it generally doesn’t matter.We love having it a lot more than we expected to and we’re hoping it holds up for many years.

It warms quickly and keeps the towels warm until ready to use. Using it for a vet hospital to have warm towels for surgery patients, cold patients, etc. It asks to rate a lock feature and temperature control.. neither of which I see on the product video or on the product. It warms and keeps it warm but I don't see a way of adjusting that temperature and the lid sets on top but doesn't lock. Am I missing something?

It heats my towel in the time it takes me to shower. And I looove putting my warm towel on!
