This item needs a power pack to work and as others have said no power pack was sent with the scarf making it useless as a heated neck warmer. Mistake or bit of a con?

Read all the description, it does not come with a power bank. The power bank has to be purchased separately. Utous weren't great in recommending which power bank to purchase. The scarf itself seems to work okay. The instructions with the scarf isn't correct. It mentions white light however its a green light (not nit picking just pointing out).

I bought this as a present but also needs a battery pack to work.

This did not face a battery charger with it

Bought 5 of these scarves as gifts and was not disappointed! Took a minute to find the secret Zip for the charging lead, which is actually a good thing as it does not take away from the look of the scarf. It heats quickly, unplug from phone charger and your ready to go.Would definitely recommend this product.

USELESS, as no power pack included so you can't heat the scarf. What's the point????
