This wheelchair feels quite heavy. It’s just too wide to fit through a standard doorway without first collapsing it. It arrived with a toolkit. Unfortunately, one of the Allen/hex keys is one size too big. The arm rests are very good quality and would be excellent for an assisted user and move up and down easily, but they get in the way if you’re trying to self-propel. The breaks are good and very effective. The tyres are excellent for avoiding a puncture, but I suspect this comes with a weight sacrifice. The cushion is better than expected, but I have yet to spend a whole day sitting on it. The hand grips are aluminum, which is good for weight, but they feel cold because they are not coated in any way.

Amazon well done the wheelchair arrived on the day you stated. On first impression when i opened the box i was impressed on how classy this wheelchair is, and to top it off the MAG wheels give it a modern day sporty look everything so easy to put together footrest just clip on/off, the backrest is velcro and adjustable which is quite comfy. The backrest folds down and the footrest is also adjustable and come on/off the armrest is adjustable. It comes with padded back pillow and lovely cushion which i think is memory foam. I must admit i was concerned about the back being velcro but i am really suprised how strong and sturdy this is. so comfatable that i fell asleep in it on a bus journeyI have tried and tested this wheelchair outside now it is definitly a comfatable light weight wheelchair but not to light that you tip over. Everything is so easy to adjust and to get around in. Also my husband finds this wheelchair a nice weight from lifting to dismantling. Everything is with a touch of a button. Do make sure that you look at width size of any wheelchair you purchase as this is so important regarding width of doorways buses etc which i did struggle with so i had to return it. Amazon as always are top class xBiggest con is that it does not have safety belt as you do need one.overall very comfy wheelchair everything is with ease but unfortunately not meant for me.I hope this helps.

Fell to bits

Had really looked into getting a new chair for a while. As there not cheap and always had one of nhs. Was looking for a light weight chair and something that met my needs also didn't look like the old nhs onesThe wheels come off for easier storage and getting into the boot. But there a pin that comes out be careful not to lose it. The ones I had been shown didn't have this. Can see it being a bit of a faff as you have to take the back cushion off Before folding. But other than those negatives. I love the chair. Very smart stylish very comfortable as the back cushion is brilliant ( never had one there before. ) also the base cushion is lovely. Looks like memory foam which is dimpled and extremely comfortable The arms don't come off but go down to the hight of the wheels. Which is perfect. For being myself. But easy pulls back up if someone is pushing u. Very sturdy very safe chair which am very pleased I choose this one.

I thought I'd never find a wheelchair that had everything I wanted after viewing a couple of hundred I came across this little beauty.She's light , the back rest is firm and comfortable as is the seating which is a must for my painful spine and aching bones ! I wanted quickrelease wheels and all though they are a little heavier than my last wheels I can live with that as I think they are much sturdier and will last longer unlike the last one's which buckled ! Love the arm rests that can be put up or down and the detachable foot rests. Been using this one for a few month now and am very happy!

Nice stylish chair could do with attendent brakes

This is a very stylish, modern looking and well designed chair.We have a very small car, however when folded, the chair still fits in the boot without removing the wheels or foot rests.VAT FREE: remember if the chair is being bought by/for a disabled person, you can contact Amazon customer service and get the VAT refunded. Doing this makes it exceptionally good value for money!
