Great replacement landscape light
Even though this light is plastic, it is pretty solid. Very easy to install on my current system, and connected immediately. incandescent swopped out the supplied 4w bulb for a 1w led bulb that I use for all my landscape systems - much brighter than incondecent. I would recommend.

Not quite bright enough
I purchased this to replace my old flag spotlight. It’s perfect, except not bright enough for my flag.

Disappointed
I purchased 4 of these low voltage flood lights. Item came right away and was as described. 2 of the 4 worked perfectly after installation. The other 2 would not light up. After doing some troubleshooting I discovered that one of the wires in the coupling on both units was not making a connection. I had to remove the metal piece that pierces the wire to find that both were bent. After straightening it out it was able to pierce the wire making a connection. This is obviously a manufacturing defect since it was the same issue on both lights. All 4 are now working just fine. I would definitely think twice before ordering again.

Don't Lose The Bulb - Bulb Fit Hint
Did not think 4 watts would uplight much - but it's perfect for about a 5 foot tiki (placed about 1 1/2 feet from the base). Don't forget to look for the bulb in the bubble wrap since it's not in the fixture and you won't notice since there is a lens cover in place already. If you throw it away by accident you'll look madder than my tiki (at least that's what I was told). Also, the bulb would not go in so I UNPLUGGED THE TRANSFORMER, then used a flat head screwdriver to press the bulb slot open a bit before inserting the bulb - then it fit fine.

For the price very good!
The connectors can be a main but for the price and ease of setting them up and then the overall coast to run the light well worth it! I switch the bulb with a “T” led bulb twice as bright and only “1 watt” instead of “4 watts” so I could hook up more lights to the power supply.
