I like these Bluetooth ev charger. I have a plug in Prius and it works great. The charge is fast. Great quality. Easy to use.

The media could not be loaded.

Serial number on the charger Unit doesn't match the serial number on the included activation card. Doesn't work! Amazon said to contact the manufacturer - no response. Then amazon says to contact the distributor via email - no response. Now Amazon is asking for the unit to be returned but it has already been installed. Not clear if they will cover the cost to have it uninstalled then reinstalled.

I haven't even scratched the surface of what this charger can do. It is a true level 2 charger and works very well. It is the fastest charger I've ever owned. Remote monitoring is especially neat.

The media could not be loaded.  They say it gives 48A and 12 kw and I received the charger, it was installed by a professional and it doesn't give the number they say. It only charges at 30A and up to 7.2 kw if someone can help me because I don't know what's going on.

Let’s take a closer look at what may or may not make this a good choice for your situation.I. Quality – The charger looks and feels like a well-made charger, with thick cables and a strong build. I have some that are a bit higher quality, but this one is definitely towards the top. I’d put the overall quality in the lower side of the upper tier of the quality scale for at hove EV chargers and guess that it should hold up well over time.II. Performance – This one has worked great in many ways, with a top of the market 50-amp ability that is adjustable to what you need. The screen is nice to have, providing helpful information, such as time, current, voltage, power used and battery. It has about every available feature with 12 safety features, Wi-Fi, RFID and app control. The 25-foot cable is on the longer end of what’s available and great to have if you can’t park next to the charger.III. Hard-wired – Keep in mind that this one will need to be hardwired to a 60 A breaker and doesn’t come with a plug. I actually see this as an advantage (if you don’t have a plug yet), as you will be eliminating a potential weak point by not having a plug, but means that is not meant to be portable at all.Overall, this is a fantastic option that offers a very high charging ability, with quality, convenience and basically every feature you can currently get. Needs to be hard wired, but after electrician costs and unit price, it saves me from having to drive to external charging stations. Works perfectly for my EV and the long cord is a bonus

We’ve been using this charger with my wife’s Mach-E for two months now. It charges fast and haven’t has a single issue. The display is a nice touch and cord length is very long. Ours is installed outside, but in a shaded wall. We have had lots of rain and, as expected, that hasn’t been an issue in the least with it. I prefer this charger to our Juicebox.
